I stayed in a two-bedroom courtyard apartment! the open-plan kitchen and living area felt spacious. free parking in the adjacent multi-storey car park made everything easier. We loved that. the location is prime. Everything felt so close.

the apartments location near the national opera house was very nice, i do loved this. the shops nearby offered convenience due to their proximity. free secure parking was another thing i liked a lot, it was very convenient.

the cleanliness was not good in the apartment. the bins was not emptied, i reported this to the reception but nothing changed. the floors also was not clean enough, my son had dirt on his hands after crawling.

Really good Stay

The apartment was spacious with necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. The kitchen have equipment and a dishwasher that prove useful. The location was near the main street, very convenient. The reception staff was friendly, and access felt secure.

The toilet in the en suite made a loud noise after flushing, it disrupted sleep. I also noticed the kettle wasn't cleaned properly. There was residue after housekeeping.

The apartment included comfortable furniture plus offered ample space. Windows in the suite let in a lot of natural light, I appreciated that. There were two separate bathrooms, I think this added convenience for our family.

The reception was very friendly at check-in. Staff ensured a smooth arrival. The staff gave accurate directions plus provided assistance, I was grateful.

The parking was free and included. It offered direct access to the apartments, very useful. The hotel location was near the sea, it offered a short walk to the town center. There are restaurants and supermarkets very close to the suites.

the location, just off the marina, was great. the apartment itself was well organized and very clean. it was also very functional. i liked the great view and easily accessible facilities.

finding the right street to turn onto for check-in was hard. i called the reception several times but the phone was not answered. the directions i was given were not accurate.
